The Solutions Team undertook a 4-year programme prior to the re-launch of the train. The responsibilities included:

The Westcliff is a 5-staff Orient Express hotel situated in Johannesburg.
Prior to the opening The Solutions Team was tasked with:

- Compiling job descriptions for all the positions in the hotel
- Recording the standards in user-friendly manuals
- Train staff according to the set standards

- On-the-job training during the opening period
- Quality control of standards for a period of 6 months after the opening
Ceasars Gauteng - 2001 - 2003
Caesars is a 5-star casino and hotel complex situated in Johannesburg
Conducting generic and customised skills courses for the Food & Beverage Department. These included:

- Setting and compiling standards for Housekeeping

- Conducting on-the-job training during the opening period
After the opening the company was contracted to manage the training department for the entire complex. This included:
